It contains all the nutrients which are useful for the proper growth at the time of puberty and afterwards. It is rich in contents which help to regularize the release of estrogen, FSH and LH in body. It also restricts the facial growth in girls which usually occurs due to excessive release of testosterone in the body.

DOSAGE: 1 Tsp twice a day with warm water or milk suffices the requirement of body for supplements needed.
