GOLDEN RULES FOR PREVENTION OF DISEASES AND TO ACHIEVE HOLISTIC HEALTH
- First of all our surroundings and house where we live should be positive.
- We should clean our home with chanting and small hawan daily …the sound of chanting and fumes of miniature of agnihotra clean our homes and remove all the negativities of our house.
- Select diet and activities opposite to your prakriti, land and season.
- Avoid excess of everything.
- No argument should be on dining table, Observe silence while eating.
- Eat with full concentration and purity.
- Eat food at fixed hours ,don’t eat immediately after a workout.
- Consume milk ,buttermilk, ghee and honey daily judiciously.
- Consume all six tastes in every meal, while eating first sweet then salty, sour and in the end bitter and astringent taste are advocated.
- Restrict daily and night consumption of curd, Raw Tomatoes and raddish.
- Restrict consumption of leafy vegetables and uncooked food.
- Should clean hands before having meals.
- Eat while sitting on floor and facing north or east.
- Always be thankful for the food you are served.
- Thank god before every meal for providing food.
- Never eat the half eaten fruits Again.
- Do not avoid nuts.
- Avoid Junk, cold, stale ,tinned food and aerated drinks.
- Avoid overeating, eating without hunger, munching again and again.
- Use mutard oil for cooking.
- Add wheat bran to your wheat flour, helps to increase fibre content in diet.
- Can consume fruits and vegetables and Small amount of almonds or walnuts.
- Also consume 2 tsp of Flax seeds powder …
- Go to the toilet to pass urine after every meal.
- Wash hands after every meal and dry them up by moving on your face.
- Avoid day sleeping.
- After meals sit in Vajrasana for 5 minutes, then walk 100 steps and then rest for approximately 15 minutes in left lateral position.
- Do not addict to bed tea.
- Till 12’0 clock in noon drink maximum liquids.
- Drink lot of water that will flush toxins, Eat fresh veg salads in day only.
- Avoid day sleeping.
- One hour exercise should be done daily.
- Look into sun in the first hour of sunrise or before sun set ..start with ten seconds and increase every day for 10 secs ,stand with bare foot while looking in the sun.
- Mental diseases and stress related problems can also be treated with sun and these nutrients ..
- Forgive people who have hurt you, you get rid yourself of hatred and anger which has negative effect on secretions of harmones ,main reason for most of metabolic disorders ….
- Forgive others you will help yourself …
- Don’t think negative or speak negatively about yourself or others, because your subconscious follows your thoughts..
- Even if you have any problem think you are healthy, it will speed up the therapeutic harmones ….
- Remove alchol, cigarettes, coffee, black tea, chewing gum ,food and drinks from cans from your diet …
- Remove products with artificial sweetness from your meals.
- Replace commercial cosmetics with natural.
- Do take a deep breath in fresh air in morning and evening at least for 20 mins.
- Do exercise in fresh air everyday, it’s the best method of detoxification.
- Drink lot of water daily Leave the water to be exposedto sunny rays in a clear colourles glass bottles to absorb maximum solar energy and consume it next day, don’t leave the bottle out side at night.
- Avoid Hurry, Worry and Curry and be moderate.
- Rotate and open shoulders at frequent intervals.
- Loose shoes, ties etc. while on working table.
- According to capacity daily walk and yoga is recommended.
- Lie down on the abdomen (Prone position) on the hard surface daily for atleast 10 mins.
- Judicious use of PANCHKARMA and RASAYANA is essential.
- Head and foot massage daily while body massage at least once in a week is recommended.
- Learn work, time and stress management.
NEVER EAT THESE THINGS TOGETHER :
- Don’t eat any spicy thing with Tea ..
- Milk and salt taken together can give rise to some skin diseases. Or hair fall.
- Never take curd, salt, musk melon, water melon, bael, coconut, raddish, seasame, kulatthi, sattu, cheese along with milk.
- Never take honey with warm water.
- Never take oil, ghee with cool water.
- Never use ghee and honey in equal quantity.
- Never take vinegar with rice.
