A qualified Ayurvedic Specialist by qualification and a directionist by nature, Dr. Shaleen Singh is the Managing Partner of SHALEEN PHARMACEUTICALS. He has been instrumental in chartering the growth of SHALEEN PHARMACEUTICALS right from the initial years of functioning of the firm. Under his marvellous stewardship, the company performed commendably & notched up several successes. His indomitable will and unrelenting commitment towards his business goals has propelled the stupendous growth of the company.
He provides strategic guidance to the company apart from being a mentor to the top management. Dr. Shaleen Singh is the visionary behind the company's business management, product development, production & marketing initiatives. His hard work & untiring efforts have made the company a competition-less manufacturer of the Ayurvedic and Herbal Medicines in the region. He is a significant member of National Integrated Medical Association. He was rewarded membership of the Association of Manufacturers of Ayurvedic Medicine for his contributions made to the Industry. He is a permanent member of All India Ayurveda Mahasammelan. With a mission to take the Company to the pinnacle of the success, he is steering the team with his dynamic leadership to be updated on innovations. He has shown remarkable excellence in putting his dream of making SHALEEN PHARMACEUTICALS a well known Organization at national and global level, into reality. Dr. Shaleen Singh has helped us in catering to the precise needs of our esteemed customers in the most efficient manner. He has helped us in attaining a huge clientele across the globe such as Mauritius, Singapore, United States of America, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Russia, Hong Kong and many more to name. Apart from this, he has been regularly involved in lot of Social activities. He is also President of an organisation which is running ITI for underprivileged children to help them become independent.
His Efforts have been appreciated by various organisations many times. For his contributions to Ayurveda, he has also been appreciated by AYUSH MINISTER, GOVT. OF INDIA, SHRIPAD YESSO NAIK JI.
But as journey continues, he still feels a lot more to be achieved and lot more to be done in field of Ayurveda.....
A qualified Ayurvedic Medical Practitioner by profession, Dr. Inderjit Kaur is the Managing Partner of SHALEEN PHARMACEUTICALS. With strong business, process and technical skills, she has played a key role in company’s financial growth. With a spirit of a real team player, she possesses the highest level of competence in manufacturing field and has been recognized as an expert in the industry. Known for her strategic insight and entrepreneurial vision, she is working on building a strong R & D facility in the company and looking after R & D, manufacturing, IPR, administration & related activities of the company.
Her smart insight of strategic marketing has resulted in revenue-enhancing market penetration and new product launch. She is equally adept at advising on key strategic decisions and ensuring company’s financial sustainability & value for money. She has successfully led the company through some of its most challenging times, and enabled it to emerge stronger each time. As a resourceful and energetic leader adept at implementing new marketing programs, she is an expert at developing an array of innovative & compelling integrated marketing communication plans that have succeeded in capturing customer value within a competitive environment. Her dream is to make SHALEEN PHARMACEUTICALS as top “Ayurvedic and Herbal Product Manufacturer” in the fraternity. With her confidence and adoption of more streamlined approach, SHALEEN PHARMACEUTICALS is all set to become top leader amongst the Ayurvedic Medicines Manufacturers in the very near future.
Apart from her professional activities, Dr. Inderjit Kaur is also very active in Social activities. She has been serving the patients free of cost for more than 20 years. She has been giving free consultation and medicines to poor people by organising medical camps at different places from time to time. She has been appreciated for her social activities at many times. She has also been rewarded with Appreciation Award by Honorable Governor of Haryana Sh. Kaptan Singh Solanki.
Her Innovation PIOUS ELEMENTS has been awarded the “Most Innovative Product for the Mankind” at many platforms. She has also been awarded by AYUSH MINISTER, GOVT. OF INDIA, SHRIPAD YESSO NAIK JI for her innovations.
