Inspect your feet daily: Check for cuts, blisters, redness, swelling or nail problems. Use a magnifying hand mirror to look at the bottom of your feet. Call your doctor if you notice anything.
Bathe feet in lukewarm Water, never hot water: Keep your feet clean by washing them daily and put 10 to 20 drops of podia care –h oil in luke warm water and keep your feett in this water for 5 to 10 mins, so that they get cleaned properly. Use only lukewarm water—the temperature you would use on a newborn baby.
Be gentle when bathing your feet: Wash them using a soft wash cloth or sponge. Dry by blotting or patting, and carefully dry between the toes. Let your feet Dry properly. Leave them open for 10 to 15 mins. Then...
