COMPOSITION: Each 150 mg Capsule contains:
- Brahmi (Centella asiatica)20 mg
- Tagar Ganth 40 mg
- Ashwagandha 25 mg
- Khurasani Ajwain 50 mg
- Jaiphal (Myristica fragrans)15 mg
INDICATIONS: Mental fatigue after long hours of study or other sorts of mental activity, a sense of vacant mindedness, forgetfulness, disinclination to work, senile dementia, depression, dullness, inactivity, sluggish body processes.
DOSAGE: 2 Capsules twice daily. Continue use of this product at the recommended dosage as long the above mentioned indications are obviously present. Maintain product use for some weeks even if no further symptoms are present.
CONTRAINDICTION: There are no contraindications.
SIDE EFFECTS: There are no known side effects.
DIETARY ADVICE: Avoid carbonated drinks, caffeine, sugar, smoking, illicit drugs and alcohol. Tobacco products decrease blood flow to the brain and raises blood pressure. Illicit drugs such as marihuana and cocaine over the long term gradually decrease memory.
