10 drops of Almond oil to be taken with 50-100 ml of warm milk or warm water                                                                                                                                                                           empty stomach on daily basis.

EXTERNAL USES:

Apply externally on head and body as moisturiser.

Can apply 2 to 3 drops on belly button daily.

NASAL APPLICATION:

It can also be used as nasal drops also, one can put 2 – 2 drops of almond oil in both the nostrils before going to bed.

It Relieves stress, tension, headaches and nourishes skin.
