Spray a drop on the mask, it will be giving you pleasant odour along with all other benefits whole day. As these are pure essential oils; so one drop is enough. Whenever you need, you can spray one more drop on mask. It will be effective for 6 to 8 hours after putting on mask.

We can also apply a drop on our forehead THE THIRD EYE CHAKRA (Agya chakra) and one drop at the belly button (nabhi chakra; related to solar plexus). If someone has knowledge of all the chakra he/she may apply on every chakra.

SIDE EFFECTS:

PIOUS PREMIUM OIL is a pure blend of natural oils, it has no side effect as topical application. Still if you feel the smell is strong you can dilute it by adding simple almond or coconut oil in it.
