COMPOSITION: Each 290 mg Capsule contains:                                                 

DOSAGE: 1 Capsules twice or thrice daily after meals with warm water.

Children above the age of 6 should be given 1 capsule twice a day. Continue use of this product at the recommended dosage as long as the above mentioned indications are obviously present. As Symptoms subside, slowly reduce the dosage accordingly. Continue using Poise Capsules for sometime even after symptoms of high blood pressure vanish. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
