Description
Useful in Forgetfulness, lack of concentration, Anxiety, Week Memory, Depression, Neurasthenia.
COMPOSITION: Each 5 ml Syrup contains:
- Brahmi (Centella asciatica)150 mg
- Shankhpushpi 150 mg
- Malkangni 150 mg
- Ashwagandha 100 mg
- Shatavar 100 mg
- Ganjwan 50 mg
- Vach (Acorus calamus)50 mg
- Badranj Boya 50 mg
- Chandan Shwet 50 mg
- Vidang (Embelia ribes)50 mg
- Kharainti (Sida cordifolia)50 mg
- Nag Kesar (Messua ferrea)50 mg
- Elaichi 50 mg
- Amla (Emblica officinalis)50 mg
- Tagar (Valeriana wallichi)50 mg
- Jatamansi 75 mg
- Yastimadhu 50 mg
INDICATIONS: Mental fatigue after long hours of study or other sorts of mental activity, a sense of vacant mindedness, forgetfulness, disinclination to work, senile dementia, depression, dullness.
DOSAGE: 1 - 2 Tea spoons of syrup twice daily.
Continue use of this product at the recommended dosage as long the above mentioned indications are obviously present. Maintain product use for some weeks even if no further symptoms are present.
Do not exceed recommended dosage.
CONTRA INDICATIONS: There are no contra indications
SIDE EFFECTS: There are no side effects.
DIETARY ADVICE: Avoid carbonated drinks, caffeine, sugar, smoking, illicit drugs and alcohol. Tobacco products decrease blood flow to the brain and raises blood pressure. Illicit drugs such as marihuana and cocaine, over the long term gradually decrease memory.
Reduce your stress.
Decrease your use of non prescription medications.
Overuse of medications may be the single biggest cause of memory loss or confusion in older adults.
Seek treatment for depression if you think that you may be depressed. Memory loss may be a symptom of depression.
Eat a balanced, low fat diet with ample with ample proteins will protect your Nervous system. Eat plenty of green vegetables, nuts and seeds.
Drink plenty of water and get plenty of rest.
Physical activity also appears to contribute to intelligence, increasing memory retention, improving some types of problem –solving ability and helping relieves stress. Play stimulating mind games, such as scrabble or do a crossword puzzle.
